Business simulations allow the blending of corporate values, mission, and goals for transmitting a structured message to participants. When presented in the form of an online challenge, participants will feel even more comfortable unlocking their potential and harnessing all their skills to create a valuable plan in the context of a resource-constrained situation. In this online team building participants receive a scenario that immerses them in a hypothetical situation of being stranded on a desert island with several colleagues facing the need to build a comprehensive strategy for survival. The goal is to generate as many good decisions as possible when planning with limited resources. The team has to come up with a logical strategy and then presented it to the other teams. The success of the project is determined by good planning, the right strategy and communication.

Virtual teambuilding that will bring confidence and effectiveness to the team when acting and creating something together. All participants together will recreate a painting that embodies the goals, ideals and messages of the company. The final result will be a true masterpiece showing the common effort of the teams. After the event Amaze will assemble all pieces into a whole picture and you can hang it on the wall in the office. Once split into groups, the first half of participants become navigators and others become contractors. Trusting their teammates, contractors should listen carefully to the instructions and recreate a scheme they have never seen before. This is a very interesting practice with non-standard and unpredictable results that everyone will enjoy together. And then, with a joint effort, the team will create a company poem "Pass On," which quite often becomes a "Chinese whispers".
